How to ADD AN ASSISTANT PROFILE

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. Go to the dashboard and select ADD A PROFILE. 
  3. Fill out your profile information and hit SAVE & PREVIEW.
  4. On the Preview page, select PUBLISH.
  5. Your profile is now saved in your Dashboard. 

How to EDIT AN ASSISTANT PROFILE

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. Go to the dashboard and select ASSISTANT PROFILES. 
  3. Select the Profile page you want to edit and click the 3 dot menu. Choose “Edit”
  4. Fill out the profile information and hit Update & Preview.
  5. The profile is now updated. 

How to ADD BOOKINGS

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. Go to the dashboard and select Appointments. 
  3. Select the PUBLISHED Profile page you want to add appointments to. 
  4. Select the time slot duration. 
  5. IMPORTANT! Click the (+) ICON to add appointments to the profile. 
  6. CLICK SAVE

How to ADD SPOTLIGHTS

  1. Login to your account. 
  2. Go to the dashboard and select SPOTLIGHTS. 
  3. Select the PUBLISHED Profile page you want to add the spotlight. 
  4. Fill out the Spotlight information.
  5. CLICK SAVE. 

ADD SPOTLIGHTS to Sidebar Area


Log in to your account. 

  1. Go to the dashboard and select SPOTLIGHTS. 
  2. Select the ”Display In” dropdown and select Sidebar Area.
  3. Check page
